Private NoHo resident seeks experienced part-time Executive Personal Assistant to assist him in his day-to day tasks: Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

 

• Organize an ever changing calendar and complex schedule

Analyzes department practices/procedures and prepares recommendations to create new systems or revise established procedures. Sorts and prioritize incoming mail; composes and prepares correspondence and memos; responds to inquiries regarding policy and procedure interpretation; maintains appointment schedule; makes travel arrangements; and coordinates supervisor’s calendar. Performs a variety of bookkeeping functions related to budget development and monitoring, account reconciliation, and purchasing. May act as location conference/meeting room reservationists; coordinate update and distribution of policies and procedures. Some incumbents will be required to coordinate and prepare material for Board of Trustees agenda. May select, train and evaluate support and clerical staff. Performs related duties as assigned.

Job Description:

VSC is seeking a source inspector to work in the St Louis, MO area approximately 4-8 days per month for an on-going duration.

Requirements:

• Candidate will be performing visual over checks based on customer provided source inspection scoping documents
• 3-5 years of aerospace inspection experience is required
• Experience inspecting sheet metal and machined parts is required
• Must have First Article Inspection Experience to the AS9102 specification
• Needs to have experience with Geometric Dimensions & Tolerances (GD&T)
• Good communication and writing skills is required
• Comfortable working as Independent Contractor (1099 Tax Form) with hourly pay for this assignment
