Job Description

Sales Associate  - Colorful

Studio

Self-managed and self-motivated
Knowledge of website design and development, mobile applications, graphic design, and/or identity design strongly recommended
Qualifications:
High School degree or equivalent required
Bachelors degree in marketing or related field recommended with M.B.A preferred
Minimum 3+ years experience in sales and marketing

Colorful Studio is a cutting edge creative company located in Moore, OK.  We specialize in creating unique web sites, motion graphics, and mobile apps for our clients. We communicate a company’s or client’s brand in a unique, creative, meaningful, and lasting way to the world and are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Executive to do the same for us. You’d be focused on getting results in an incentive/goal driven environment. The main priority of our Sales Executives are to seek out and generate leads that can be turned into clients for Colorful Studio.
Responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential high revenue opportunities and prospective clients
  • Lead generation and conversion
  • Improving the quality of leads and prospective clients
  • Maintaining a strong presence in the local marketplace through participation in networking, organizations, and events
  • Developing and growing his/her own client base using corporate communications, graphic design, sales, and marketing knowledge
  • Setting accurate client/studio expectations
  • Building relationships with clients to obtain repeat business
  • Conducting in-person meetings and presentations over key services, with senior-level executives, prospects, and clients
  • Maintaining accurate information about clients, prospects, campaigns, leads, and sales tracking



Required Skills:
Direct and B2B sales experience
Ability to effectively use sales management tools
Excellent written and oral communication, proposal development, and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills
